Content removal & takedown requests
If you are a real-estate portal, agency, listing author, or rights-holder and you would like Noa to stop displaying or aggregating specific content, please write to either address below. We will action reasonable requests within 5 business days, typically faster. To help us respond quickly, please include:
- The URL(s) on Noa or the source URL(s) you want removed.
- A brief description of the basis for the request (copyright, database right, ToS, GDPR, other).
- Your contact details so we can confirm action taken.
You may also request that Noa stop scraping a specific source entirely; we will honour such requests promptly and update our scraper configuration accordingly.
