We are looking for a new flatmate for a spacious furnished room in an apartment in the heart of Karlín. The room is around 20 sqm and comes fully furnished. The apartment itself is very large and comfortable, with a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an extra toilet and a terrace. We are also setting up a dedicated coworking / home-office space in one of the rooms in the flat, so it is a great fit for someone who sometimes works from home and wants a proper place to focus. The location is hard to beat — right next to metro and tram stops, with Lidl in the same building and plenty of cafés, restaurants, gyms and shops just around the corner. You can get to the city centre within minutes. You would be sharing the flat with two young finance professionals. The room is becoming available because our current flatmate is moving out, and we would like to find someone who fits well into the flat — respectful, clean, easy-going and ideally looking for a longer-term place.
